Stay Crowned Kings and Queens
This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend the Hidden Women's Conference hosted by Tabitha’s TEA Party, a non-profit whose mission is to Teach, Educate and Apply the word of God to their lives. Although this was a women's conference the message is applicable to men as well. God has had us hidden in a time or two of our lives. I realized that the hidden stage is similar to Kingsskid "cover" stage. It's the stage of revelation and preparation for your NEXT!
Over-committing can lead to a stress-filled, unhealthy life. When we are constantly over-committing we are not allowing ourselves to rest and rejuvenate and it is not fair because we are not showing up as our best self, we are showing up as a stressed self.
I wanted to share my Breathe Again conference with my Royal Court. This conference crowned me in more ways than one and now I am dropping some of the jewels in your inbox and on your crown. I pray this blog gives you the opportunity to breathe again.

Social media has a way of showing triumphs very few people share the struggle or shift while they are in it and quite honestly it is because they are figuring it out.
