Today, I am filled with overwhelming joy and gratitude as we celebrate a remarkable woman of faith, T'Edra Knox.

T'Edra, I not only acknowledge you today, but I also want to congratulate you on the significant milestones you have achieved and the impact you have made in the lives of others. Your testimony is not just a personal narrative but a testament to faith, resilience, and the belief in a divine calling bigger than you.

In the heart of corporate arenas, where challenges often test our faith and resilience, you emerged as a woman full of hope, wisdom, power, and authority this summer. You took upon yourself the monumental task of curating the Kingdom-Minded Corporate Living Conference, which focused on navigating the corporate world and doing so in a way that honors God through every word, thought, and deed.

From the opening prayer, where hearts were lifted in unity, to the empowering words of speakers and your fire entrance (keep reading for more), the event was a life-changing experience. Your labor of love is a testament to your yielding to God and dedication to your calling. Pause momentarily and look at yourself from my "big sister" seat.

Your Unique Approach

Your ability to intertwine Christ and carry His message in corporate spaces is admirable. This is not solely a reflection of your creativity but also a deep understanding of the multifaceted nature of God. You did more than speak about faith; you seamlessly wove the very essence of God into the fabric of corporate life. This act of merging the sacred with what many would deem as secular highlights your creativity and echoes the creative nature of God Himself.

Your Quick-witted Agility

In the fast-paced world of corporate dynamics, quick-wittedness and agility are invaluable assets. You demonstrate these traits remarkably. As you unveiled the names of God, she flexed a mental acumen that navigates the complexities of faith and professionalism. You did this at every single event this summer. Your ability to respond spontaneously to questions, challenges, and diverse perspectives underscores your intellect. This agility is captivating and reflects a God whose wisdom knows no bounds, addressing every inquiry with an unassuming amount of grace.

Your Delivery

Your delivery style, raw and authentic, is a rare quality that resonates across generations. In a world often characterized by polished presentations, you stand out. Your candidness and vulnerability create a bridge between the wisdom of the past and the aspirations of the future. This ability to connect with people of all ages is reminiscent of God's timeless relevance. Just as God's teachings are eternal and speak to every generation, your delivery echoes a truth that transcends the barriers of time and age.

Your Legacy

Your legacy is not about the conference but the breath of fresh air you are for those touched by your sphere of influence. Your testimony teaches us that disappointments are stepping stones and that every setback is an opportunity to draw closer to God and find strength through our faith in Christ. Your advocacy for inviting God into the workspace revolutionizes how women perceive their professional lives.

You are a champion for the crown, and you are more than capable of bearing the weight of it. We know this is all through Jesus (Philippians 4:13), but you stayed the course. Only surrender does that. Well done!

The Wrap Up

So, as we celebrate you today, we not only acknowledge the passing of time but also the wisdom gained, the lives touched, and the faith deepened. Your journey inspires us, your faith has made you a city on a hill (Matthew 5:14), and your vision is a beacon of hope. May this day be filled with joy, love, and the knowledge that you make a significant difference in the world. More importantly, you did it in obedience to your Heavenly Father and with the heart of a handmaiden who continues to serve Him well.

To all who read this, I pray you are encouraged to continue your faith journey and, to quote T'Edra, "pursue the rule and reign of God in your words, thoughts, and actions within the realms of your business endeavors and careers."

Happy Personal New Year, my girl! May the years ahead be filled with even more remarkable accomplishments and the fulfillment of all your dreams beyond what you can conceive.

24 "The Lord bless you and keep you;

25 The Lord make His face shine upon you,

And be gracious to you;

26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,

And give you peace."' - Numbers 6:24-26 (NKJV)

With heartfelt gratitude and warmest wishes,
