I delayed because honestly who am I to talk about relationships but the more I thought about it. The more phone calls I received about being a wife , how to navigate the space and what does preparation looks like. I realized that that I shoudln’t delay but I should be obedient so here. We are.

Before you are a wife you are a daughter. A daughter of the king. Our position to our husband and spouses dont change or diminish the that that we are first and foremost a daughter.

Many times we take on the title of a wife and start to neglect the fact that we are daughter . Both matter but the order is essential.

Daughter First.

God we come to you thanking you for being our Lord and Savior. We come asking for forgiveness on where we have reorganized the order of our identity before we are anything in this world we are your daughters. The daughters who are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).. The daugters who you have permission to cast every care because you care for us (1 Peter 5:7) We thank you for caring for us in the most intimate and deepest ways, we thank you that your care for us is deeper than any ocean and wider than any sky. Your care for us is unmatched. Allow us to not take your care for granted and allow us to remember that before we were anything to anyone we were your daughters first. I identity is secured in you our savior. In Jesus Name Amen
