I am passionate about relationships—not because I have perfected them, but because I have learned that we cannot break barriers or build bridges alone. True impact happens in the community. The work we do, the transformations we experience, and the breakthroughs we achieve are all tied to the people God places in our lives.

Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges—Together

This conference did not come to life because I did it by myself. It was born out of obedience to God and through the support of a community of women who have walked alongside me, breaking barriers and building bridges in their own ways. Our MC, Brie, is more than just a host—she is a living example of what it means to walk out of kingdom purpose with faith and intentionality. Her life beautifully intersects with the heart of this conference.

We first crossed paths at a conference in Chicago. I remember already following her organization, Black Girls with Purpose, and thinking, “I’m going to work with them one day.” They were based in New Orleans at the time, so imagine my surprise when I found out she had relocated to Dallas. We linked up, and from that moment on, we’ve been partnering on kingdom projects after kingdom projects—building, dreaming, and executing together with God at the center.

Brie’s journey through motherhood has been nothing short of inspiring. She has surrendered her career and personal timelines, trusting God with each step, and in return, she’s witnessed the fruit of her labor in her home and the community. Her life is a testament to God’s faithfulness—a reminder that when we surrender and align our plans with His purpose, transformation follows, even in the thick of the race, where we are still learning to die daily as an act of trust.
